
How Concerns Can Be Raised
The Space by AZM CIC is committed to maintaining a respectful, professional and safe environment for applicants, artists, designers, creative practitioners, partners, volunteers, students, staff and members of the public.
Concerns may be raised where someone believes there has been :
Concerns should be raised in writing so that they can be reviewed properly. The person raising the concern should include, where possible, the nature of the concern, relevant dates, names of people involved, any supporting information, and the outcome they are seeking.

The Space by AZM CIC will aim to handle concerns proportionately, fairly and confidentially, taking into account the seriousness of the matter and the information available.
Where appropriate, concerns may be reviewed under the Company’s safeguarding, complaints, conduct, conflict of interest or governance procedures.
Where a concern involves immediate risk, safeguarding, unlawful discrimination, threats, fraud, misuse of funds, serious misconduct or potential criminal behaviour, the matter may be escalated and, where necessary, referred to the appropriate external authority.
The Space by AZM CIC will not tolerate victimisation or retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. Concerns raised maliciously or knowingly based on false information may be treated as a conduct matter.
Internal records relating to concerns, complaints, safeguarding matters or conduct reviews are not published publicly, as they may contain confidential, personal, safeguarding or legally sensitive information.
